• Storing illegal or harmful content
• Bypassing subscription limits

3. Subscription Details

• Free Plan: Limited to 10 notes and 60 meeting minutes
• Premium: £9/month, billed monthly, unlimited notes
• Pro: £90/year (20% savings), unlimited features

4. AI Features

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies
• You retain ownership of all input and output
• We may use anonymized data to improve AI models

5. Limitation of Liability

Black Box Diary is not liable for:

• Lost or corrupted notes (maintain your own backups)
• Service interruptions under 2 hours
• Consequential damages from service use

6. Changes to Terms

We will notify users 30 days before material changes via email.
